Terms of service

These terms are general standards and, together with other Danish legislation, regulate the terms of purchase

These sales and delivery terms apply to purchases of goods on shapeit.dk for delivery in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands.

Ordering and payment
Shapeit.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, the store may be closed for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and accessible.

To shop on shapeit.dk you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18, you may still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian’s consent and/or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.

You select the items you want to buy and add them to the "shopping cart." Up until the moment of order placement, you can modify the contents of the shopping cart and you can continuously check the contents as well as the price of the items.

Any additional charges for e.g. shipping and payment card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

When you are ready to order, click on "Checkout," where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, and payment method.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the button "Order and pay." After that, your order will be forwarded to shapeit.dk and cannot be modified.

You are obliged to provide a correct delivery address. If the address you have provided cannot be verified, shapeit.dk reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

Order cancellation
Shapeit.dk can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation occurs, and any payment or reservation made on a payment method will be refunded/canceled.

Receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an email receipt confirming we have received your order. However, a binding purchase agreement is only made when you have received an order confirmation/sales receipt from us.

14 days right of withdrawal
When shopping at shapeit.dk you normally have 14 days’ right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

After receipt, you may only handle the items so that you can determine their nature, characteristics, and how they function.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal statement no later than 14 days after receiving the item. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you can send us an email at info@shapeit.dk and we will then send you a return form. If you withdraw, a return shipping fee of 50 DKK applies when you choose to make a return and it is not an exchange.

Returns

When returning items, please ensure the items are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the carrier as well as any tracking number. You must pay the costs of returning the item when you withdraw. If you return items purchased with a shapeit.dk gift card, you will receive a credit note for the corresponding amount.

Exchanges

Shapeit offers free exchanges. Send an email to our customer service info@shapeit.dk with information about the product you want to exchange for and your order number, and we will send you a return label. Once we have received your returned item, we will send the size/item you requested.

If you regret after an exchange and want to return your order and get a refund, Shapeit.dk will deduct all shipping costs incurred in connection with the exchange from the amount to be refunded.
Shapeit.dk only covers costs for the first exchange.

IMPORTANT
We expect you to send the items back as soon as possible after notifying us of withdrawal, and you must return them no later than 14 days after you have withdrawn.

Note!
- We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or similar.
- We expect the item to be in the same condition as when we sent it.
- Proof of purchase and return form
- You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Refund / reimbursement
When we receive the item, we will check it and refund the amount you paid us for the purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same card used.

NOTE:

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the item's value is reduced because:

- you have in fact used the item,
- it has been damaged while you had responsibility for it,
- you have handled the item in a way other than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and how it functions,
- you have not complied with the restrictions of the right of withdrawal due to sealing, item type, etc.

Of course, a complaint must be justified and the defect must not result from improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must contact us within a “reasonable time.” You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. We recommend you complain as soon as possible, within 2 months of discovering the defect.

To assess your complaint, please provide the following:

1. Send us a short description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note you should contact our customer service as soon as you discover the defect.

2. To document the defect, please send 4-5 photographs along with the description.

The defect must be clearly visible in at least one of the photos. Additionally, ensure your photos show the entire product, once from the front and back (for shoes include a photo of the sole).

3. Send the photos via email to info@shapeit.dk

4. Please state the order number the item was purchased on – or attach a copy of the order confirmation/receipt.

5. After we have received your photos, we will process your complaint as quickly as possible.

If you need to return item(s) under a complaint case, shapeit.dk will send you a prepaid return label to be used. If you choose not to use the prepaid return label (and thus cover all shipping costs yourself), please send the items to:

In case of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a shipping receipt. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including shipping cost information and any track and trace number.

Gift Cards
Use of gift cards requires your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The electronic gift card can be kept and expires one year from the issue date. The gift card amount can be up to DKK 5,000. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or deactivated gift cards. We reserve the right to change these rules.

The gift card can be used as payment or part payment when shopping at shapeit.dk. The amount you spend will be deducted from the balance, and if there is a remaining balance, a new gift card with the remaining amount will be emailed to you. Gift cards CANNOT be exchanged for cash.

Discount codes (Vouchers)
We regularly offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. Codes may be restricted for use only on specific products, categories, or brands.

When using a discount code, you must purchase for the specified minimum amount. If you spend less than the minimum amount, the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the checkout process before payment. You cannot apply a forgotten discount code after the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Discount codes are not personal and can be used by the bearer. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit notes, or similar.

In case of fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicion of other illegal activities related to redemption of discount codes, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, cancel the order on which the code was used, and block your access to shop at shapeit.dk permanently.

Personal Data
To shop on shapeit.dk you must provide at least:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone/mobile number

These data are stored with information about the goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year the information refers to, according to the bookkeeping law § 10, after which the data is deleted.

If you have created a login to use self-service with us, your personal data and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to.

Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless it occurs in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such situations will comply with the applicable data protection laws at all times.

As a customer, you have the right to access our registration of data about you and can object to a registration according to the rules in the data protection law. Inquiries related to this should be directed to customer service via email info@shapeit.dk.

Cookies
By using shapeit.dk you accept that we use cookies. A cookie is a small data file we place on your computer to keep track of what happens during your visit and to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain viruses.

Breach of contract
If the customer breaches obligations under these sales and delivery terms, shapeit.dk may suspend or limit your use of the shapeit.dk website, and orders may not be placed.

The following cases are considered significant breaches:

• The customer provides incorrect information about name, address, email address, phone number
• The customer harasses shapeit.dk, our employees, or our customers

Complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@shapeit.dk. If we fail to find a satisfactory solution, you may, provided the conditions are met, submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

Choice of law and venue
Purchases of goods on shapeit.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
