Shapeit is undergoing a restructuring of the company and, in the short term, will not hire more staff, with the exception of a part-time/temp position in warehousing and customer service.

Hourly Paid Webshop Assistant

We are looking for an hourly paid webshop assistant who can help in our packing department, create and test new products, and provide the best customer service in Denmark to our customers. The number of hours will depend on the periods but will be around 20-32 hours per week.

Your Tasks:

  • Daily customer service via email and phone
  • Be part of the packing department
  • Inventory of products
  • Testing new products
  • Creating products
  • Preparation and participation in fairs
  • Product shoots

Who are you?

  • Experience in customer service
  • You have an interest in online sales
  • You are proactive and engaged
  • You are positive and always upbeat
  • You can work independently

It is an extra plus if you have experience with e-commerce and Shopify, as well as an interest in training and fitness.

Online Marketing Employee

We are looking for a marketing employee who can help plan campaigns, work with content related to our site, physical store, and advertisements.

Your Tasks:

  • Produce texts and content for newsletters
  • Develop and launch marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate and produce content for social media
  • Coordinate photoshoots for marketing campaigns
  • Prepare for fairs, purchase merchandise, etc.
  • Develop campaigns for our physical stores

Who are you?

  • We prefer that you have an education in marketing
  • You have an interest in online marketing
  • You are proactive, engaged, and take responsibility
  • You are positive and spread good energy
  • You can work independently

It is an extra plus if you have experience with Facebook/Instagram advertising and email marketing. Furthermore, creative skills with Photoshop or other image editing software would also be a plus.
